Sandridge Community Development District
The Sandridge Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on June 12, 2020 by the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Ordinance No. 2020-16, as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Sandridge CDD encompasses an area of approximately 290.50 acres and is wholly within the boundaries of unincorporated Clay County, Florida. The land within the District is generally located south of Sandridge Road, east of Feed Mill Road, and north and west of jurisdictional wetlands.
